EduExpress is an AI-powered digital education platform designed to improve access to quality learning for students across Sri Lanka. The platform provides intelligent learning assistance, personalised academic support, and career guidance through modern artificial intelligence — at a price every student can afford.
The mission of EduExpress is to make quality learning support accessible and affordable for students across Sri Lanka — breaking the dependency on expensive private tuition and giving every student an equal opportunity to succeed.

Project Development Timeline

Phase 1 — Funding
Until investor pool is complete
Capital collection phase. Investor pool of LKR 1,000,000 is raised. Minimum investment LKR 5,000 per investor.

Phase 2 — Development
3 Months
Full platform development: AI engine, user interface, subject content, testing and quality assurance.

Phase 3 — Launch
After development completion
EduExpress.lk goes live. Platform released to students. Subscription revenue begins.

Phase 4 — Revenue & Profit Sharing
Begins after launch
Platform generates revenue. Investor capital recovery begins first, followed by 24-month profit sharing period.

Capital Recovery Policy
Investors will receive full recovery of their invested capital first from the net profits generated by the platform before any profit sharing begins.

Profit Distribution Model
After investors have fully recovered their invested capital, net profits generated by EduExpress will be distributed as follows:

Profit Sharing Duration
The profit sharing period shall continue for twenty-four (24) months from the date the platform first generates revenue.

Auto-Termination
Profit sharing automatically ceases at the end of the 24-month period — no action required

Zero Future Claims
After termination, investors have no further claim to profits. Full ownership remains with Founder
Section 08
Optional Agreement Renewal

Upon completion of the initial 24-month profit sharing period, the Founder and Investors may mutually agree to extend the agreement for an additional twenty-four (24) months.
Any extension must be agreed upon in writing and signed by both parties before the expiration of the original agreement. No automatic renewal applies.

Ownership & Operational Control
All operational, financial, and strategic decisions regarding the EduExpress platform remain solely under the authority of the Founder.
